• Afternoon/Evening: Arrivals @ MEM and Hotels

• 12:00pm: Welcome Bags & Event Credential Pickup

  • Located in a reserved room off the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott

  • This will be staffed by an EventOps team member, with signage outside

• 4:30pm: Transport to WCBCC, Downtown to Liberty Park

• 5-9:00pm: “A Taste of Tennessee” Welcome Reception @ McCormick Hospitality Tent

  • Featuring Gus’s fried chicken, southern sides, and a TN whiskey tasting

• 9:00pm: Transport to Hotels, WCBCC to Downtown

• 12:00am: Event Gates Close @ WCBCC

Friday, may 17

• Morning: Breakfast on your own

• 10:30am: Transport to WCBCC, Downtown to Liberty Park

• 11:00am: Event Gates Open @ WCBCC, Liberty Park

• 12:30pm: Judging Overview @ McCormick Demo Stage

• 1:30-3:30pm: Hog Crawl @ Various Team Tents throughout WCBCC

• 3:00pm: Live Demo @ McCormick Demo Stage

  • Smoked Tri-Tip Birria BBQ Tacos

• 5:00pm: Live Demo @ McCormick Demo Stage

  • Smoked Pork Cowboy Sushi

• 7:00pm: Awards Ceremony, Ancillaries @ Cattlemen’s Main Stage

• 7:30pm: Innovation Dinner/Flavor Forecast @ McCormick Hospitality Tent

• 10:00pm: Transport to Hotels, WCBCC to Downtown

• 12:00am: Event Gates Close @ WCBCC

Saturday, May 18

• Morning: Breakfast on your own

• 10:00am: Event Gates Open @ WCBCC

• 10:30am: Transport to WCBCC, Downtown to Liberty Park

• 10:30-12:30am: Onsite Judging Window, aka Quiet Time!

• 11-2:00pm: BBQ Alley @ WCBCC, come and go

  • The entrance to BBQ Alley is near the back of our hospitality tent (stage area), just across the main walkway.

• 3:00pm: Live Grilling Demo @ McCormick Demo Stage

  • Grilled Shrimp Salad with Stubb’s Original BBQ Sauce

• 3:30pm: Transport to Hotels, WCBCC to Downtown
